Terms of Service — LUX AUTOMOTIVE

1. Purpose

These terms of service govern the vehicle rental services offered by LUX AUTOMOTIVE LLC.

2. Booking

Any booking is confirmed after validation of your request by a consultant. The rates displayed are indicative and may vary by season, duration and availability.

3. Eligibility conditions

Valid driving licence
Minimum age required (generally 21)
Valid proof of identity
Deposit requested at collection

4. Insurance

Comprehensive insurance and 24/7 assistance are included in every booking, subject to the exclusions and deductibles specified in the rental agreement.

5. Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Beyond that, fees may apply.

6. Liability

The renter is responsible for using the vehicle in accordance with the highway code and the terms of the rental agreement.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
